All our coaches are fully trained in the latest coaching techniques. In addition to the New Insights Coaching certification, many coaches have qualified in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

At the end of each coaching session, our clients are asked to rate the coaches on a variety of topics. These scores are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure a constant level of quality.
